Curse Eater does not work

I have tried this set on my templar and sorc. I have test this with several guildmates. This set almost never procs at all. Please fix this.

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure you and your allies are actually taking damage to get healed, @mdb800 ... it won’t proc if you’re just standing there in a circle with 100% health.
There are improvements coming in Update 25 ... it will proc on 8 seconds for every target healed (and not once every 8 seconds).0 -

Love sets with 2x Mag Regen, and it will pair fantastically with something like Critical Surge for the free purge, heals, and Magicka return.
If you wanted to be a lazy Templar and not slot the class purge, it'd be the same when you're using Jabs.
So potentially useful for soloing or, of course, if you're a healer wanting to save some mana from casting Purge.0 -

It flat out does not purge anything on command. After testing it for hours with guildmates; I can garuntee you this set is bugged to the point of not being functional. No crit surge heals. No self heals or healing other players. It does not work every 8 seconds. Roughly, every 20 heals, it will purge once. I believe the cooldown is actually 30 seconds. If on ps4, you can log on and try it yourself it was not just me encountering this.1 -

I have sifted through the forums to understand what you are talking about and though, there were complaints, it was relegated to the pts only. There are no videos on the ps4 of it ever working. Go vent somewhere else as I am trying to report a bug and not talk about personal ethics of "what the people want" ( it is very strange to wanting to nerf a set that has never worked except in the pts)0 -

Of this I am aware. I have tried getting it to proc on different characters as well. Breath of life, dark conversion, healing springs , momentum, night blade morph of shadowy disguise, pet heal, combat prayer have all been tried . Of each , they could only be proced once with in s minute of testing. A couple were tested with 2 minute timers and only could be priced once. I am also not alone as guildies found the same thing as well. Variables I can think of: I am on ps4. This was all tested via duels.
I could not locate anyone on ps4 that has ever seen it work.0 -

✭✭Can anyone confirm that this still procs on the first tick of refreshing path still?
I have an assumption that when that was the case, path was being treated not as a hot since it was not triggering transmutation likely something to do with the coding similar to how twisting was working with scathing mage for many moons until it was fixed.
Trans now procs off of refreshing path again on live, so is it possible path no longer will trigger curse eater?
I've decided not to bother installing the pts this time around so I cant check this myself.0
