Max Bank Space Issue.

We all know that it's a maxim of 480 bank slots if you're ESO plus member. Well, I just bought some space and my bank didn't increase? Should I file a ticket? I bought at least 2 upgrades. I would imagine once your bank is maxed. You can't buy any more bank space?

did you buy bank increase (from the banker) or pack increase (from the pack merchant)?
yes, if you're sure, file a ticket.
once your bank and/or pack is maxed, it's not possible to purchase more space. the option is no longer there, so you can't spend gold on things you aren't permitted to have.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you're saying you have ESO+ and were below the 480 maximum, but buying more space didn't give you more space, then I would definitely file a support ticket. And you're correct that you shouldn't be able to buy more space if you're already at the max, so if the game let you buy more space then you must not have been at the maximum yet.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
