For any who did not see this, Rich was asked a number of questions. Of interest to the Housing Community was:

1/ There will be a smaller house available with the new chapter.
2/ The Team intends to spread blueprints out over the year this time as opposed to putting them all in the chapter.

yea but did you guys ask him if any of the new houses(both harrowstorm and greymoor) were purchasable with gold

because i bet you 100% they arent

If things go as I would expect there will be one feature house that will be crowns and the rest will all be gold purchasable

we had a whopping total 0 purchasable houses in dragonhold and elsweyr combined
we havent had any new houses that you could buy with gold since summerset

and before some of you charge after me with "hall of the lunar champion is free bro", they gave out grand psijic villa for free alongside the fact that alinor crest townhouse can be bought with gold

what makes you feel any confident about this at all

Let's hope they approach Greymoor like the summerset event. It was pretty awesome.
