Can't login from new computer

I changed my computer and eso don't let me login. It says that they are sending a code to my email, but i'm not receiving anything. What i should do?

Check spam folder.

Nothing in the spam folder too. I checked everything. The email simply isn't arriving.
I changed my forum password too and i received the email without any problem

If you have not received your access code you should contact customer support to request an email address change by selecting "No Longer Have Access / Can't Remember Email on Account" in the Issue Type field on this form.
