Looking for friendly trial/dungeon guild

Are there any friendly guilds out there? (Xbox/NA) Gotta be honest I'm having a hard time making friends in the game and finding a good group to run dungeons and trials with. Problem is, I'm very shy and socially akward which leads to me either getting kicked from group or guild

Of course there's ingame guild finder, but I understand that may not be ideal for you. ^^1
