To clear up any confusion
Players aren't getting Vampire Lord but they are getting a transformation.
Vampire Lord is a gift from Molag Bal - the Father of Vampires
Blood Scion is a gift from Lamae Bal - the Mother of Vampires
Similar but different and still lore friendly

phermitgb✭✭✭✭✭I'll admit...I don't understand the difference. I assume we qualify Werewolf "form" as a transformation, right? You hit the ultimate cost, hit the button, "transform" into your new werewolf form with new skills.
So, are you saying then that what is happening on the PTS right now is that players aren't getting the molag bal vampire lord transformation, they're getting the lamae bal blood scion "transformation"?"There is no correct resolution; It's a test of character."

gotcha. So, whatever is happening on the PTS, they're "calling" the new vamp transformation a blood scion from the bloodline of Lamae Bal, I suppose to differentiate it from the vampire lord transformation that you could get from the Molag Bal/Volkihar bloodline in Skyrim? I appreciate the update
