I might be weird, but the whole "Death Hound" mount and pet looks awful IMO. I really don't want to see them in my collection tab at any time.

But the prices they have been setting for chapters are designed to fleece the FOMO crowd, evidenced by how quickly they discount the chapters on their own store (not to mention how quickly they become available through third parties for much less than initial retail price).

Myrm✭✭✭Greymoor Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade $49.99I brought ESO when the Summerset chapter was released, purchasing the Digital Collector's Edition. Since then I have purchased the upgrade versions of Morrowind and Elswyer.
I also have ESO+, but as I understand it, ESO+ only gives you free DLC, not chapters. So, I will be probably be purchasing the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade of Greymoor. But not quite yet. Need to wait until next month.

Later in the year when they do a Summerfall/Dragonrise type event for Greymoor I will buy a discounted regular digital upgrade for my second account and when the next chapter arrives, I will buy the CE upgrade for the second account with a gold for crowns gifting trade.I would have bought the physical collectors edition but the price is much too high and it doesn't include a book this time. I feel exactly the same way, although I actually ended my sub in November. I played during the holiday event for the final Indrik, which made for a challenging inventory-management mini-game given my suddenly reduced bank and housing storage capacity. And I'm currently taking advantage of the current ESO+ free trial, mainly so I can add a few more furnishings to my almost-full houses. But overall my time spent playing ESO has been drastically reduced as of late. I'm going to hold off on spending any more money on ESO for the foreseeable future.By Azura, by Azura, by Azura!0
