I'd add that, in a video game, there's nothing stopping you from rolling a Templar.
Who knows, you might even realize that they aren't as OP as you thought they were.
Many of my friends that played magdk, mag sorc, wardens, etc have moved to templars and all say the same thing, the class is absurdly and disgustingly broken. I did the same thing and got to level 30 before deleting it because i just felt dirty playing such a absurdly op class.2 -
So....I am trash because I run a Templar Healer mainly in pve. Got it... Good use of a forum post. So glad to see constructive criticism. Oh wait, no it isn't.0

✭✭Obviously you need to learn to play your class. I have zero problems in fighting against Templar’s. I main a Magdk. One of the , if not the hardest class to master in pvp. Yet I’m able to beat some of the better pvp players, or we just tie and give up. How?
I did research , I listened to the most knowledged players who give pvp tips, builds etc and they teach you how to play. Now I’m able to easily 1vx and I’m happy I learned so much. this post is trash because you fail to make constructive arguments. Not that all players who main Templar’s are trash, they have either a better setup, or are in general a better player than you. You can’t accept that, so you make a rant post about it. Mate, I died numerous times to other players and I felt bad anout it too sometimes. But you gotta learn to get back up your feet and find a way to get better and stronger. I did it so you can too. Good luck.
If you are beating templars on a mag dk, you are playing bad templars. They can obliterate your entire pressure in one move.2 -

Come to pc eu no cp, you will change your tune very quick when you get charged by a dozen templars that lock you in place because of the charge glitch, and be jabbed to death. In battlegrounds last night there were entire rooms filled with 8-12 templars. People who dont thin k they are op just want to use their op classes, just like every time something overperformed.0 -

Congratulations, most people who use them will disagree, how surprising. Just like people that used vampire dks way back when said they were fine, or when people used miats addon to cheat, or when anything is op. Story of every mmo, people that use op stuff will always say its fine.0 -

5 years Templars have been a joke, now they are competitive so the NERF train comes out. How about we view this in perspective, to many players have gotten used to face rolling Templars, that is IMO what is really going on. Now they can't and it makes them upset they are not as LEET as they thought they were.

If all they do is charge and jab they are the easiest ones to take down.

Nicator✭✭Templars are so overpowered it's absolutely rediculous trash. I'm not even going to get into all the ways they are overpowered. Everything in their stupid kit is overpowered. The complete lack of attention to elephant in thw room in this game is mind numbing.
The players who use Templars are trash and if you come on here saying "you don't run and yet are defending them without bias", you are a liar and you absolutely run one and you are a no talent scrub who doesn't want your square button to win easy mode trash build getting tuned when it should be drastically tuned.
Every cheese ball in pvp is running Templar and nothing has changed. I'm sick of seeing it. Elite players have to beat on them and die a dozen times before they finally run out of resources and can't heal automatically and love forever.
Templars are trash. If you run a templar, you are trash. If zenimax doesn't get off their lazy rear ends and do something then their ability to run this game is trash. And if things don't change soon, alot more players are going to throw this game in the trash. 99% of the content creators have already quit because they are sick of it. The content creators that still have channels with any ESO content at all are only popping in from time to time in order to keep a few subs hanging on for their checks. How much more rediculously lame could things?
Did I mention, that Templars are trash??

I side-eyed that as well... I guess we can only deem a class as properly balanced if the l33ts have a certain K/D ratio when fighting them? I've actually seen this before- some people have this weird idea that only classes that can kill them/"better" players X number of times are OK, and the rest are OP. It's not the "I died too many times to [insert class] and it thus needs to be nerfed, waaaaaah" thing that we see, but like... I guess they want to be able to insta-stomp any players who are below them in terms of perceived skill.
I have a new (PvE) stamplar and ran her through the IC sewers quite a bit to get her FG skills up. I definitely killed a few more people than I would have on my magden main, but in the end I'm still a crappy PvPer, and no build is going to make up for that. Good PvPers will generally be good with anything, and the less-good ones who are playing Templar because it's the FotM are likely all going to be following a very predictable setup, so it should be easy to plan for that. And there will ALWAYS be a FotM. You can rant about Templars all you want, but when they get nerfed into oblivion, a new strongest class will emerge, and I guess you'll come here with a rabid diatribe then too...0 -

Because I decided to try a class (because I hadn’t played the class yet, not because I magically predicted they were to be buffed not too long after I made her) then had the absolute nerve to take her to Cyro, as I do all my alts, I’m am obviously guilty of war crimes, puppy genocide, and all that.
It’s not because this is a video game, and I wanted to try out a class I haven’t played to see if it’s fun. No, because this is serious business and obviously I have nothing but malicious intent. Same with all the other eeeeeeeevil templars out there. Mwahahahaha ours is an evil laugh.1 -
