Templars are so overpowered it's absolutely rediculous trash. I'm not even going to get into all the ways they are overpowered. Everything in their stupid kit is overpowered. The complete lack of attention to elephant in thw room in this game is mind numbing.

The players who use Templars are trash and if you come on here saying "you don't run and yet are defending them without bias", you are a liar and you absolutely run one and you are a no talent scrub who doesn't want your square button to win easy mode trash build getting tuned when it should be drastically tuned.

Every cheese ball in pvp is running Templar and nothing has changed. I'm sick of seeing it. Elite players have to beat on them and die a dozen times before they finally run out of resources and can't heal automatically and love forever.

If you’re this upset, take a break and play something else for awhile, a long while.

I am glad the majority of the eso community is more enjoyable to talk to.

Also, calling people trash or a trashcan, lol, just means you need some help with anger management.

Hopefully Zeni will buff all the classes the toxic players hate for some funny karma

Well maybe Templars are out in force to daedric threats and vampire threats hmm just kidding.
Well maybe the upcoming vampire lords or new vampire skills can help deal with them. *Shrugs* Anyways if it becomes to much of an issue I think they would do something about it. Otherwise ranting about it might not help at all. I don't know about it I don't do Cyrodiil all that much. Last time was to pve in bruma and that was weeks ago I've not pvped in Cyrodiil for almost a year I believe.

Well, I don’t hate them but I think Jabs does way too much at once. And Crescent Sweep is totally overpowered. Too much damage for the cost of ultimate. Besides that... I think they’re fine.

MMOs are forever changing. If you feel something is OP sometimes you need to change your stale play style to overcome the problem.

I kind of think Templars are in a good spot, they could be calmed down a bit but I don't trust ZOS to do that. They always over nerf. They just need some minor tweaks, but honestly other than that Templars are pretty good. A lot of the abilities are useful, Aedric Spear ult is actually worth slotting. That, to me, is a strong class. I am afraid ZoS will dive into this class and wreck it like NB. Just work on other classes that aren't on par with Templar and Sorc and you'll have a balance.

Honestly when I get into trouble with a templar in PvP it's usually not even cause the templar is OP it's cause of combat sometimes being buggy. Like having to CC break twice, sometimes 3 times before the game actually lets you move. Plus if I run into a healing templar I just try to keep him stunned, he does have a ton of stamina so eventually he'll be screwed.

And yes, if you look at my characters I do have two templars. Both just hold gear and I don't really log onto them that much. I main a Magcro and atm play Stamblade on the side.

Been a templar since beta and never used any other classes.

So to the OP, you need to L2P.

We've had so many nerfs that we were not even considered viable outside of a healing role at one point.

Now that it's our time to shine, everyone calls us OP just because your class has do their time in the gutter.

Suck it up and move on. I'm sure due to all the qq there's tons of nerfs coming with skyrim.

I main a templar since beta and remember the times when templars sucked big time...
Istherenooneelse posted a great YouTube video comparing the classes for PVP (solo, small scale, large scale). For solo templar is only 9 out of 15 but for small and large scale 15/15.
A good PVP player adapts to the current patch. Pick the fights you can win.

Skill is more important than class or gear in PVP.

By the way I died last night 5 times - colossus and lag...

This is getting ridiculous, every day at least 5 new nerf threads appear. At least if these had some informative value and constructive feedback, but it's always screaming, whining and moaning about something "that kills me". The most common are nerf sorc threads because it's so easy to lose to a sorc when you are nab unwilling to get better. But lately, warden, templar and even necromancer nerf threads appeared and are getting very common. Seriously, what experienced player would call for nerf of a class that has the most non-working and impractical skills in whole game?

Nerf the nerfcallers! Shame on all of these nabs.

If you don't want your opponent to heal you need to use an ability, consumable, or gear set that applies the defile debuff. It reduces the amount of heals received and burns their resources healing up.

I think some game forums actually have rules against Nerf threads because of this. I think it would be wise If they would adopt a policy against such threads like this it could help. Because yeah nerf this nerf that isn't very informative and just ends up either hurting a class or getting threads like this closed. It would help clean up the forums a bit if the people knew that it wasn't tolerated. Just my opinion.
If this was a thread on a cryptic game forums. I can imagine it being. Nerf Thread/Closed. That is what they would do I believe over there.
I do think such a policy could be put into place because its just problematic. Sto Forums have a commonly brought up topics or frequently closed threads policy that bars certain topics if devs have answered them over and over again. Something like that here could maybe help.
