It seems to me that it should have 64 health since its infused 17%. Instead it has less than half of what the glyph says.

AreoHotah✭✭✭✭Head/Chest/Legs get 100% of the Glyph, all other pieces get less.
But why?? and why isn't it preview in game before adding the effect. kinda sucks
