Previewing furniture.

When previewing furniture we should be able to preview all its features (ie. specialfx and anims).

Especially those that are crown store only.

Not being computer savvy is this possible?

Um, you can? On the preview there is a button at the bottom that says “active/inactive” and an arrow key. On gamepad you use the d-pad to cycle through fx/animation states. I know keyboard ui has the same functionality but I don’t remember the keybind.

Oh when game is back up will go check that never noticed it myself and when I queried it with an avid housing player they agreed with me.

Edit: You learn something new every week in this game. I love it:)

Look at the entire screen, and don’t be afraid to try pushing a button to see what happens.

ESO may be able to crash your computer but trying to use the UI is not the cause.

It doesn't work on all its features unfortunately. The preview for music boxes for example doesn't play the music.

I could have sworn it does. I've bought several music boxes from the Crown Store and I remember hitting right on my directional pad (PS4) to activate it and it plays a sample of the song. How else would you know if you want to buy it or not?

The same way when you preview a mount and can hit left or right to preview it with full stamina/speed/strength training gear/tack, etc.

Music box music has become EXTREMELY quiet after Dragonhold. You’ll need to turn off game music and put the Effects slider all the way up to barely hear the music.

Really? I never heard it ever. But this might be different on console. On PC where I am playing, selecting "active" only shows the box open... Will try to do the setting thing though next time one is in store.
