I remember last year, the day before the Elsweyr reveal stream we had some datamining happen. What do you all think, could it happen again after today's patch?

if they add in back in support for the next chapters and dlcs today it might be. If they are planning on allowing us to buy the chapter soon after the annoucement I could imagine that would be done so the code would be up to date to deal with the purchase. By extracting the game files, there is heaps of other "new" content in the game files from tonight's patch but will let the Russian team datamine and upload the rest, off to bed for me so I can be up to watch the stream!

The only time data can be mined is when it exists.
So they have to either choose to preload assets this patch or those assets must be attached to something critical to other things operating.
There is never an assurance they will preload and finding the later requires some poking and patience.
Basically, we can find out new stuff randomly. There are no assurances sadly.0 -

See above, plus: The name was datamined and "leaked", it's "Greymoor". We had yesterday a guy posting a list of stuff to come and he wrote the Chapter will be named "Greymoor" so there's that...
