✭✭Sorcs jumping around hoping to make someone miss while spamming shields makes sense in a 1v1 or a duel. Necros hopping to spam SOMETHING makes sense too.

✭Make jumping cost stamina, and with a cooldown. If you jump more than every second, stam regen stops like when blocking. It's not really a PROBLEM imho, but it sure is very annoying. I guess no one can say it will ruin their gameplay, because the hitbox is still too big for it to make any real difference(?). I sometimes "bunnyhop", but I only do to able of moving and blocking (almost) at the same time.

There's a reason ppl bunnyhop
I'm assuming it's because they want people to be able to hit them easier. You can't change direction when you're in mid-air, so you're nice and easy to hit. I particularly enjoying timing my stuns to hit them right at the apogee of their arc.
I never see good players actually wasting their time with this.

✭✭✭✭✭Why some people want to ruin game for others? if you don't want to jump -> don't jump, if you don't want to weave light attacks - don't weave - there are builds which don't require and still have solid dps, if you don't want to block - don't block, if you don't want to roll-dodge -> don't roll-dodge... wtf, why you all try to remove things which make combat actual combat? There are turn based games if you don't like real time action.
P.S. light attacks are not auto-aimed, so if you jump some of them will miss, especially if you jump in point blank range.9 -

No, it's just irritating to watch.
We're supposed to be adults, not four year olds.
I don't PVP in this game, so that doesn't affect me directly and I don't want jumping nerfed to the extent I can't jump up a steep slope, but I can totally see it's annoying.

Meaning that people, who don't want to jump around like a crazy bunny, are at a disadvantage.
So, it's not just a case of "I like jumping for jumping's sake. Don't you want me to be happy?".
It's, effectively, jump or die.
So, at that point, it's no longer really a choice if you want to be competitive in PVP (and who doesn't?).
As such, people have a right to say it should be removed, if the thought of having to do it/being at a disadvantage if they don't, ruins the game for them.
Oh and did I mention it's annoying?

if i attack them they immediately run away jumping untill i stop chasing and then return to me jumping, even when i leave they follow me while jumping, just constantly jumping and following me. if i attack they just run away jumping and run around rocks and then when i stop chasing them and go to fight other normal pl;ayers then they continue to chase me.

it's ridiculous to see them do it.
how would you feel if someone ran up and punched your car while you were stopped at a red light and then they immediately start jumping 10 foot into the air constantly jumping all around your car and saying things to antagonize insult you insult your mom insult your clothes bait you to fight them while constantly jumping all around. and if you get out of the car to fight them they just keep jumping and Run Away and hide behind tree.

If you get that annoyed by trash talk, PvP isn't for you. Simple.
Also, of they came up to me and punched my car, they'd be ran over. In my country, that's enough argument for self defense, as long as you don't kill them, and you're in a red light, so they won't die. What I mean is, stop trying to jump after them and go about your day. Bunny Hoppers won't chase you, they are too wired to focus on anyone target.

There is no necessity to jump 24/7. It is only good in some situations and it has it's natural cost - you are slowed down during jump and you spend button press and some animation time on it.
And what's irritating in it? People do ton of irritating things in the game, for example walk around town with pets spawned, spam abilities without purpose, sit on mounts near NPCs, use flashy outrageous outfits, it's how MMOs are Edited by MartiniDaniels on January 16, 2020 6:38AM5
