do characters clash with each other?

hi.
the title might be confusing so ill try being more clear.
dose two characters on the same account clash?
like if one character starts i one covenant and the other in a different covenant dose the missions the first one get apply to the other character as well, if he travel to the location the other character was in or started in will they react as if he already met them and helped them?
for example: i started an orc in the daggerfall covenant and then started a dark elf and i travel with the orc to deshaan, is it normal that almalexia act as if i helped her people even when its the first time the orc left the daggerfall covenant area and in that defenatly the first time in deshaan?

IsharaMeradin✭✭✭✭✭All characters are independent as far as quests go. The NPCs, however, will make random comments based upon your current character's progress. Direct dialog from the NPCs is for the most part fixed but there are some optional entries that may or may not be available depending upon what content has been completed.
If your Orc started a conversation with Almalexia she may very well have just said the same thing she would say to everyone. Cause story line wise, other quests would have been done first that would lend credence to "having helped her people".PC-NA / PC-EUID @IsharaMeradin

yeah but when i went to the the registar he said she was looking for me so it seems that way of a lore quest but she just straight forward gave me a reward for absolutely nothing i did, but now that i think of it maybe she gives it to everyone because its needed for later in the lore quest like in the dragonguards quest where they give you the grapple crossbow0
