My char is stuck in a glitchy world !

Hello,

So i was exiting a delve (Farangel in stormhaven), i was being chased by a mob as i was making my way though the exit, he d-swinged me through the door and after that i was transported in a glitchy world
I cannot get out of it, i tried porting out it disconnects me, same with /stuck command, when i log back on i'm still there and a few seconds later i'm disconnected

    Have you tried repairing the game from the launcher?
    Looks like textures are bugged.

    The game is fine, it's not a texture problem, i went through the delve's door
    This happens sometimes in dungeons when you get feared and you get stuck inside a wall, but this is on different level with an entire map behind a map
    Problem is i can't get out of it, i also fell into the void that you see there, and when i log on my char just keeps falling into the void until i get dc'ed

    Try repairing the game from the launcher.

    If you've already tried /stuck, you probably only have so many options left...
    1. Log out for 10-15 minutes. See if that forces a reset for your character and places it somewhere non-glitchy.
    2. And/Or, repair the game from the launcher. It won't hurt to try.
    3. Or, send in a report to customer service and see if they can reset your character. (This will probably take a day or two and you'll probably have to contact/reply to them several times before you get in contact with a real person and not just a bot.)

    I've had that happen to me before when I used a gap closer on a mob on a steep incline & went right through the wall & fell down onto a grid plane just like the one in your images. It was a fairly long time ago but I think I just ported to someone in my guild lists to get out of there. If that doesn't work, try to port to housing... or port to a Cyrodiil campaign. Good luck! :D

    Next time just teleport to a different zone. Much simpler and faster than repairing installation.

    Had something very similar like this happen to me years ago. Somehow one of my characters fell through the world and got stuck, causing my whole system to crash. Kept doing it every time I tried logging onto that specific character. Had to submit a support ticket on a different character and they went in and manually moved my character to another location. That fixed the problem. You situation sounds similar sans the glitch world. Hope this helps.

    Heh ya one of my toons once upon a time got stuck in an empty room...but was “in combat”. Couldn’t use door...Couldn’t port...couldn’t use the get unstuck feature...do a hard shut down...log back in...still there...still stuck

    Took awhile to go through help process but finally got them to reset my toon to new location
