I love ESO. I have been playing for years and I've done just about everything the game has to offer. I now find myself at max CP wanting to theory-craft new builds for fun so I decided I wanted to make some new characters. In my journey with my new characters I noticed something interesting. There are a ton of NPCs in the world of Tamriel that have super cool abilities and animations that player characters DON't have access to. These abilities may not be particularly useful but they look REALLY cool and it has me wondering... Where's the love. Why do NPCs LOOK cooler then me! Additionally, these abilities could be re-imagined with players in mind to make them useful.

A few examples:

1: Thunderbugs in Khenarthi's Roost on the east side of the map. They use a frontal area lightning attack that looks REALLY cool. I want it!
2: Monk type NPCS in Northern Elsweyr. They fight without weapons and use martial abilities and have a super cool fire AoE channel that looks REALLY cool. I want it!
3: Fungal Grotto I there are Goblins that use these fire type kick attacks that send them under the ground to then come up and kick you in the face. It looks REALLY cool. I want it!
4: The random mages you will encounter in your travels that teleport to you, hover for a moment and let off an AoE lightning spell. It looks REALLY cool. I want it!
5: There are Templar light type enemies you can encounter in the Gold Coast that huddle down for just a moment and shoot up into the air and later fall down on you causing AoE damage. That's dope and I want it!
7: The Minotaurs found in the Gold Coast (and other areas) all have really cool attacks like the shaman fire abilities they have by beating the ground... you guessed it. It's REALLY cool, and I want it!
8: The ice walls the early mages in your travels have... Super cool, REALLY cool actually. I want it!

There are so many more that I want access to that I didnt mention here for the sake of TL:DR but it would be really really cool if these spell and ability animations were available to players as well. I think it would go a long way in freshening things up for veteran players and giving us more to our tool kit. Has anyone else noticed the super cool animations and abilities that are wasted on NPCs in this game that we could have access to?
