Its just in amongst the rest of the stuff in the outfitting station.

Remember if you have purchased the style from the event, you have to actually go and "use" it from your inventory on the character that purchased it.

This "learns" the style for all of your characters.

You can then find it in the normal outfitting station equipment for selection.
