New Eye Patch and Circlets

If they can make the new eye patch go around the head, why can't ZOS actually make circlets do the same? I always thought maybe they didn't have the capability with the engine or something weird but after seeing the patch, why not fix all circlets into actual circlets? It's one of those things that always drove me nuts.

✭✭✭It's probably because they want some of them to look more like tiaras, for female chars.
Like Wonder Woman's.
I guess they would, ideally, make them appear more like circlets on male chars and more like tiaras on female chars.
