How ban system is works

I tried to find information about ban types and after banned progress but ı couldnt find anything. I read already tos but could not find. How many ban types are there ? What happening if it happened twice or third time. In which cases are you getting perma ban or 3 day ban etc ...

✭When numerous reports for an individual shows up, the lead developer pulls a name from a hat, whoever was chosen from that hat grabs the Daedric dice (made from pure crystal) that sits in Gina's office. If the chosen dice roller lands a 4 or 6 that person gets a temp ban. If it's snake eyes-permaban. Any odd numer rolled will set that player free until his name comes up again.I think...10 -

✭✭✭✭✭ZOS handles bans privately and doesn't tell us things like how they determine the severity of the punishment.
Which makes sense-it respects player privacy. And as a teacher, I'm well familiar with the type of person who, when told "three strikes and you're out", is going to take that as two free chances to mess around without the hammer coming down.4 -

And with absolutely no review of previous precedent being set...
Just cause doing x results in temp ban for player1 doesn’t mean player43 didn’t get permaban for same action...
Unless they happen to do a mass ban in which case players 1-43 all receive same punishment because it’s just about coffee time n there are places to be...f review’n each individual scenario0
