1. If you destroy a bridge or gate, do they eventually respawn or must they be fixed by a player?
2. Similar with using the *** and smashing to complete bits a keep. Will it 'repair' itself to some degree or must players use a lot of repair kits?

2. Depends. If the mine/lumber are controlled by the same alliance as the keep, for a long enough time (10 minutes or so?), the keep walls/doors (respectively) will start to slowly regenerate "health", and after a long time they will self-close from that passive regen alone.0
