Let us use /say in dungeons

So after we finish and have left group, if we find a chest we can let others know where to find it. Some chests are hidden, or maybe team mates don't know where to look for it. If we /say or /shout inside the instance we can alert them to some extra loots.

After you have left group you only have a limited amount of time to /whisper them before the game boots you out of the instance anyway.
Not clear what the /say range is and how would you mark the location for them if you are out of sight of them?
If you are the one still in a group and not going to be kicked out of the dungeon automatically, you could maybe just invite them back to group.

Sometimes fake healers will leave you speechless though ... such as during a dungeon event ...

Why not just use /zone and cover the whole dungeon?

/zone, /say, and /yell all work as normal in dungeons

/say and /emote range is the same while /yell seems to be double. To figure out the range all you need to do is look at your group members and see whether they are shaded in or not. A darkened person on your group indicator is someone outside of your ability and chat range, while someone who's name is bright is in ability and chat range.

/say just seemed to alert a player to a chest I found after leaving the group - so I think it works.

/s does work in dungeons. I'm not sure why you would think it doesn't.
