Can you please introduce another "artifact" so the game play is a little more balanced? Whenever it spawns, it is given to a celebrity streamer who manages to hold on to it for what seems like an unusually long time. You say you love to balance this game so much, how about you balance this?

If you drop what you're doing and rush to the spawn point, you may get it first. The healers help with that "unusually long time" part. What makes you think a different "streamer" won't grab the second artifact also? Usually you have more than one steamer out there, not to mention all the non streamers looking for the Hammer.

Watching any one person hold it for 3 hours is pretty stupid. Word on the street is its a glitch, but I can't confirm that so I'm not saying that what I've been told is true. But I know that the more people feeding it the longer the stupid thing sticks around, so try to not feed it. If there isn't a group on that can combat the nonsense, don't be where the hammer is. You can do other things like organize a troll group to go light something far away up and then just not be there when the hammer goes to deal with it. I can tell you that he LOVES that maneuver immensely lol

Having two artifacts battle would be interesting. And to keep it interesting. Only 1 faction can pick up 1 artifact at a time.

No, I don’t watch his stream. My complaint is that one person has it for a very long time and balance should be brought in by introducing another artifact.

Simply adding a second artifact would likely mean that 2 players in the same faction would wield them side by side, compounding the problem.

I'd suggest they add in some sort of fail safe so that you can't keep them in close proximity on the same faction without something "bad" happening. They could probably go ahead and add something similar for emperor + artifact as well.

I believe the artifacts timer depends on the wielder defeating other players with it. Red managed to get the Hammer last night (first time in forever...) and it lasted all of a single keep. We didn't run into any players and the Hammer only fought NPCs so I think that's why it disappeared so quick. Maybe the way to fight the Hammer is to just ignore it.

However I do want other artifacts to be introduced already. Make there be three of them, one for each Faction and then make it so only one faction can hold one at a time. Imagine an organized group holding three artifacts...

The point of Volendrug is to be imbalanced

So it will wreck things in its way or alliance will lose it to other alliances so you can keep playing to get your castles back

It would be nice to get some official confirmation as to whether the hammer should actually be able to last 4 hours, as it often does. Perhaps we should be calling a doctor...

Do all platforms have people glitching the hammer so that it stays in play for hours on end? I’m told that if you simply log off and back on while you have the hammer that it somehow resets the timer - not sure if that’s correct as I’ve never done it, but some people definitely know how to keep it active all afternoon...

I haven’t been on when Fengrush had it but from what I’ve seen of Volendrung, a strong player running with good support can hold the hammer for hours.

Fengrush is a such a player and runs with solid people much of the time. If he got it I’d imagine he’d keep it a while.

Similarly, when a competent ball Zerg grabs it you’re in for a long night (yeah, if they’re nightcappers lol).

I’ve dropped a few fools with the hammer. I got the achievement. The trick is kiting of course. LOSing to avoid that crit rush like skill. But if they’ve got good support it’s dicey. In such cases, pick off the squirrels running after it. Free kills because people fight stupid around the hammer.

After I adjust my antennas on my tinfoil hat I will agree that certain Zos favored streamers seem to always get the hammer and hold it for a long time.

It's not a conspiracy theory, people just often give it to him. Even other good DC players do this. It's simply the most effective option.
