[Undaunted event] Opal style pages translation

Playing on xbox - french version,

I expected to have both shield and dagger of engine guardian opal style, so I went to the Impresario and...
- the dagger is nowhere
- several pages appear with doubles

I see a "Opal EG shield" that I have in collections, and another that I don't.
So, I take the second one, that would hopefully be the dagger, maybe...
But no, that's not the one.

Am I supposed to guess which page is actually a fake name for "Opal EG dagger" ? From bows and staves ? Really ?

Zos please, fix the translation. And give back those 5 tickets, I didn't want that Bloodspawn shield (it's ugly).

    Have you put in a ticket so the customer service bot can send you a nonsensical automated reply? I think that's mandatory so you can have a ticket number that customer service can do nothing with for a few days.
    Not even sure what's gonna happen if they try to refund you the tickets if you are at ticket cap. Make sure to tell them how many tickets you have.

    @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS_GinaBruno is this issue confirmed?

    I don't really care about a refund of tickets, I don't buy them with IRL money.

    But I'd really like to be able to trust the names of what I buy in-game.

    Yeah some skin got the same name as other it's annoying.

    True. But some people during this event would be buying it with IRL money. It's good that your post will give people a warning to be careful.

    That is a stupid issue that needs to be fixed.

    BUT if it's just the name, can't you just preview the item to see which one it is?

    ...I never realized before that there was a preview while talking to the vendor.

    Thanks, at least a have a workaround, now.

    Does anyone know if this is an issue with just the bound pages or the ones that drop, as well? While you can preview pages at the Impresario, you cannot preview them at the guild trader (or before you use it yourself).

    AFAIK, The Impresario and outfit menu are the only places where preview is available.
