Why do some jewelry pieces not show up for dismantling?
I have about 25 rings and necklaces in my inventory, when when I go to the dismantle menu, only 2 of them show up. The others are there when I go to the Improvement menu. None of them are locked. Any ideas?

✭It should say at the very bottom of the jewelry tooltip something like, "This item cannot be deconstructed."
As @Alienoutlaw stated, all jewelry that existed in the game prior to the release of Summerset falls into this category.Feric51
