✭✭✭✭✭2 hours to a dayIt still isn't working properly right now before the event starts. The odds of the performance becoming better under load is shockingly low.
However, I think that unless something catastrophic happens, the event will continue, even if the group finder breaks. The undaunted event can still be performed without the group finder. I suspect that they really hope this works before Midyear Mayhem as the group finder is much more important for that event.3 -

✭It wasn't working for me the last few nights already.
Had a full 4 player group queued for random and then a specific dungeon. Didnt pop, had to port manually.
Had 10 guildies queued in 3 groups and tried all queued individually for BG. No pop. Tried different ways for an hour.
Maybe we were unlucky and it was a freak bug, but history of the group finder suggests its broken again.

I like that ZOS are being honest/realistic about this and pitching it as a “live test”. It doesn’t fill me with optimism, but it’s better than the previous attitude of “we thought it had been sorted, so we didn’t bother to look at it”.
It would be great if it worked, however few plans survive first contact with reality.....0 -

✭✭Less than 2 hoursI was just thinking, if so many people have little faith in the group finder that could cause people to log on en masse within the first 30 minutes of the event starting, all trying to quickly get their style page before the server dies,which in turn causes the server to actually die. Could be a self- fulfilling prophecy. 1 -

It’s very easy to tell when tanks and healers are spending hours in a random dungeon queue. It’s easy to notice when a group of four is sitting in a 6min queue, if they’re allowed to queue at all. At least pick a defensible battle if you want to white knight, not one that depends on the people playing the game believing they’re under a mass hallucination that the queue isn’t working.2 -
