This is odd. I know I have gifted tons of content to my wife that I already owned including the Same pack you are talking about.
This was long ago however so maybe something has changed. Either way good luck.

What's the exact message? Is it telling you that an on-sale price won't apply, or that the discounted price won't be further discounted to account for the already-owned content, or what?

I think it's probably more down to bad clunky design than some under handed scheme to rip you off.

I bet this is on top of the priority list and the mail send to devs have "**!!!ASAP!!!** - Important!" in subject, since, after all, it is a crown store issue.
The rest can wait.

Yeah, I've run into similar things in other games' cash shops. Like Star Trek Online, there's some special bundles that you can't get if you already own one ship that's in the pack. And it's not an 'underhanded' way to get people to buy things separately, there's unique stuff in the bundles you can't get in any other way.RefLiberty wrote: »

You realize that the crown store is on it's own server (it's accessible via web, it's cross-server, it can be down without the game being down, etc), it's just a set of commerce software (something that's well understood by companies everywhere), and the programmers who deal with supporting that likely wouldn't be any help to the ones working on the actual MMO, right?
Even without tinfoil hat "they're trying to take my $!" thinking, it's quite understandable that work on the crown store would happen relatively quickly.

Clearly the maintenance today didnt fix it When should we expect a fix?
Also it's ridicelous that you dont receive a discount if you already partly own some of the dlc's in a bundle. I would have probably bought a bundle but I'm not going to pay a full price for one if I have already partly own one (and have spent crowns on it). So stupid .. see how it's done on Steam.
