is anyone else having issues with their eso plus?
My eso plus doesn't end till jan 24th but when i logged in today it shows my eso plus is expired. is it something that will be fixed in the patch tomorrow morning? if not i might just submit a ticket. Just wanted to see if i was the only one, before i submit a ticket.

Seems like it must be related to the fact that your subscription ends this month. Are you certain about the ending date? And how does the renewal process work? Is it an automatic renewal unless you cancel it, or do you need to manually renew? If it's automatic, do they auto-charge your card before the actual renewal date, and if so, how early? Is the expiration date on your card such that the payment information they have on file for you indicates that the card you've been using is now expired?I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

ive never did auto renewal and i never have my eso plus run out before the date with auto renewal off. i double checked the date before i posted this thread. after about like 2 hours last night it came back for some reason. i dont know what caused it to not show up or say it was expired. so im good for right now.1
