We're off to a great start, since the BG activity finder has been broken all day lol

"To help us reach the desired population and Activity Finder load, we are re-enabling the Undaunted Event from Thursday, January 9 at 10:00AM EST through Monday, January 13 at 10:00AM EST."


They did frame it as a stress test, but otherwise the length of the event/content/etc seems to be the same as the previously cancelled one.

Maybe they straight up turned off bg’s to lessen the load on the group finder.

The Undaunted event is always short. I'm not sure why, even before they introduced event tickets it only ran for about a week.

But it does sound like they're presenting this one as a stress test, which is interesting. It makes sense in that it's coming in the middle of their performance improvement plan, but I do wonder what they're going to do if it breaks again and they have to cancel the event early. I suspect that will just be promise to reschedule it again, but I'm not sure how many times players will tolerate that before they just don't bother to join in because it's assumed it won't work.

This is a joke, don't know for pc-na, but on pc-eu the dungeon finder is even more broken than before. Last time I tried we couldn't get a pledge dungeon, in the middle of the afternoon, by listing with a tank and a healer. This event is dead before it even started

So my flatmate forgot to tell me that our internet contract ran out today and decided to get a new provider, so was like ok....

....."Oh just a little snag...wouldn't be starting/getting the new box till the 21st of Jan".....Fumming!

Looks like I will be missing this event out. RIP!

Group Finder wasn't working for me and a friend on Sunday, so I can't wait to see how this turns out.

Ugh! I really hope they don't cancel it this time, as just walking up to the dungeon still works. For those of us planning to just solo (or duo, in my case) normal dungeons, it would be pretty crappy to have it cancelled yet again, before I can even participate. I start work as the event goes live so, no, I can't get on immediately once the event starts, unless I use up a sick/vacation day.

Ah well, if it gets cancelled, no real biggie, since my only interest in the pages is to sell them. Plus, I'm not worried about chasing any more indriks, so won't mind missing the tickets (though they'll make up for that if the event is cancelled).

I do wonder, though, why they are requiring that you own the normal version of the shoulder pages before you can buy the opal versions. In theory, you can get an opal mask without having the normal version.

After sitting in healer queue for 1 hour 45 minutes today without a single pop up, I'm slightly less optimistic about this event.

When using the Dungeon Finder, be sure to check your notifications if you get stuck in the "Ready Check" phase. It's been happening that after selecting "Ready", one person will have the ready check appear again, but only in their notifications and without any prompts or other indication that they have a new notification. The group can stay in "Ready Check" indefinitely until the affected person selects "Yes".

I'm not holding my breath with this at all. After how many overhauls and re-writes of the LFG system, I'm pretty much expecting this to just be cancelled after the second day.
