Currently, BG matches are not being formed for all servers.
BG matchmaking was working during the day following the 1/6 morning hotfix, but BGs stopped working all together sometime at night on 1/6 or the morning of 1/7, and they continue to be broken. Multiple reports have been made on the forums over the past 6+ hours, with no apparent response.

Is this intentional? If so, why has it been done?
If it is not intentional, are you aware of the problem and is it being addressed?
