I'm using MM, of course, but any other suggestions would be appreciated. I'm happy to view info in a UI or export data for manipulation elsewhere.

Nothing that I have found that works most times the process to extract the data is more painful than manual entry.

Shissu's Guild Tools are working pretty good for me. Easy donation tracking in roster so you can promote/demote members easily and don't have to switch tabs. It also allows to see the membership duration (which is especially useful if you introduce a "you have to sell something in your first 3 days" rule as it shows days and hours), gives precise info about last donation (amount, how long ago, total donations, withdrawals, ..) and enables search boxes in guild history so you can easily check if you're not sure if a donation was tracked and can see what someone sold even without MM. For me searching in history is faster most of the time if someone tells me that they just sold something and I want to check for what price or who bought it cause MM lags out if I try to show all items sold in my 5 trading guilds
