I like it... everyone else just wears boring black, and you're making a statement!
That being said, I don't care for toes hanging out of boots... You have nice armor on, but you leave the ends of your feet vulnerable? Maybe change the shoulder, too.
I love both Frostcaster and Malacath as motifs to use and have combined them a few times. In fact my Nord Warden tank used Frostcaster chest and Malacath legs as well, until I got the Silver Dawn motif, which has now replaced the legs with its nice fluffy side fur, lol.
There are a few furry option in ESO, especially recently 2 or 3 more have been added, but I always like Frostcaster and Malacath because they are more ornate, regal, rather than rustic and worn. Silver Dawn is nice as well for the same reasons.
I'm not really a fan of shiny sparky outfits like that, I prefer toned down armor and clothing, in similar taste to what npcs wear. But you do you.

Assuming you want to look very shiny I think it looks good.
I think the brown base colour helps to soften the gold and make it less striking, whilst also being light enough to let the gold stand out, it's a good balance. The white and ice details also help to break up the colour and make it a bit less monotone without going overboard on colours.
It's not a combination I'd use personally (probably, I've been surprised by what some of my characters end up wearing) but I think it looks good. It would stand out in a crowd without being overwhelming.

For main part of hat,use a medium browm or something to match the main part colorwise of the chest, and maybe the edge of hat the gold, instead of a red.
As someone who often gets compliments on my mains brightly colored pink, blue and purple Holiday in Balmora outfit, I like it. In a world of mostly muted clothing colors, bold is beautiful.
Why not try a silver in place if the goldish red? Will still let you stand out without the oddity.
Thank you! I might try that. I just always loved the way blood wine made metals look vs fabric which made it strangely red (which made me more drawn to it)
The blue around the face is a little mch for me. Other than that, it's not something I would wear, but I dig it. I like the way the cold colors of the ice contrast with the rest. I'm not sure the metal vs fabric dye choices are perfect, but that's only if I stare at it for too long. Overall it's a cool shiny look.
