Can you change default roll direction to Forward?

I cant count the amount of times ive roll dodged using the key bind WHILE hitting "w" and it rolls me backward.
Is there a way to change this or an addon Im no seeing? Id like to always roll thhe way im facing.

✭✭✭✭✭Slightly change the timings on the repeat rate in your keyboard settings. Then the double tap on the appropriate W S D or A key will Roll you in the direction you want far easier. No need to use the Roll Dodge binding.
It will take a little fiddling to get it just right. But now I can RD in any direction I want.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

If you’re dodging while hitting another key anyway, why not instead use the double tap as Nestor and AcadianPaladin suggest? That is what I use all the time. I also have a single keybind with the thought of it being for emergencies (in which case I pretty much never would want to go forward) but haven’t had a need for it.0 -

I dont use double tap anymore because in lag my character would do a little jig and no roll. Trust me ive fiddled around with the double tap.
Id just like to see the option to set the default roll to forward and not backwards0 -

yeah, but double tag does exactly what you need on semi playable lag evironments. On laggy environments the system just register one of two combinations. Similar to what happens with weavingSarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

What do you mean what I dont realize? Im asking for it to be default forward because of the funky movement in lag.
Im not pressing W+S+W and trying to roll forward. Im holding W down and rolling backwards. Which is why id like the default roll moment to be forwards because right now its backwards.1 -
