The bonus ap should only be rewarded on player kills. It makes no since to be getting 15k ticks for standing still. Sitting on your mount and getting the same rank as people that have played non stop for weeks. -_-

I have way to many hours on this game 27k to be exact. 99% of it has been in Cyrodiil (Dec. 2024)

Unseelie✭✭✭✭I think part of the point is to get people in there that have never been in there. The tickets are a way to do that. The hope is that at least a percentage of those people will stay. Without those tickets most will not even bother.14 -

✭✭✭Tickets are generally awarded for quest completions. Most of the PvErs you're so worried about will shy away from any actual battle, preferring to just run town dailies while being farmed for AP by the "hardcore" PvP community.

✭✭✭✭✭My view is this. When I have a character who wants an alliance skill like Vigor. she waits until such an event to provide double AP. That means she only has to get Cyrodiil on herself for half as much time before she can get back to PvE.

✭✭I agree...that's the whole point of a pvp event...so people ARE FORCED into PvP… and yes we will get complains from people that "ugh but we are PVE we dont like being forced into PVP" well guess what... so are the PVP players forced 4/5 events into PVE so get over it.6 -

Dumb. PvP in this game isn't in such a good state we should be trying to actively turn away potential players.

Not sure what the complaint is here, just run them over with your ball group and get your double AP.

✭Can't wait for the 2+ hour queue time just to blue screen constantly. There is already an hour plus queue for Kaal at prime time. I don't mind the waiting, but the disconnecting/crashing and being sent back to PvE land is not going to end in a good time.1 -

I had great fun camping the campers last year. PvEers make great bait for solo scrubs who can't do well in organized groups.
I may or may not have put on a poverty costume and stood around quest givers waiting for unsuspecting gankers.

The bonus ap should only be rewarded on solo kills. It makes no since to be getting 15k ticks for following crown. Sitting in your ball group and getting the same rank as people that have played solo non stop for weeks. -_-
They aren't taking credit for your work, but they benefit from it. How does that take something away from you? Do you think the Great White shark cares about the remoras (sucker fish) getting the scraps from its kill?
