A bit of help with my PvP build

Hi, I have a few questions regarding my heavy armour 2H/S&B stamblade build.

I'm trying to get more movement speed.
I already get minor expedition from Gryphons ferocity, but I'm wondering if it's worth it to get 1 swift trait on a piece of jewelry?
It would be nice to not have to use Ambush... But it certainly is convenient to get to my target.
One of my main goals with this build is to have as many buffs as I can to be automatic. I don't want a bunch of skills on my bar just for buffs. Rally is all I want to manage, that's why I chose Gryphons set for the minor force/minor expedition + slimecraw. Heavy Clever alchemist. Potentates Sword + Shield back bar for damage reduction from players.

My sustain is poorer than I'm accustomed to with my medium armour characters. I hate heavy attacking. I'm wondering if I should switch to serpent mundus instead of warrior? I'm also wondering how much more sustain infused traits on rings with sustain glyphs would give me?

When somebody says they have 4000 weapon damage, are they including the damage that doesn't show up on the Character screen? If I proc my clever alchemist and use rally, I don't see that added to my DPS on the Character screen.
I have about 2750ish weapon damage on Character screen. Is that good enough?
I'm on PS4, so no add ons.

People when they’re talking about their weapon damage are using the uesp character builder. You plug in all your gear, skills, passives, CPs and buffs and you’ll see what you come to when all your buffs are up.

1x swift I think is worth it, but stamina have a lot of weapon power buffs so usually go infused weapon damage. I also think because stamina abilities are cheaper then mag one cost reduction glyph would be better than one stamina recovery, but I’m not sure because I usually play mag.
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
    Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

I figured that because I'm wearing all offensive sets that I would be able to get the sustain I needed from my jewelry. How much cost reduction would infused + cost reduction glyph get me per jewelry piece?

And how do I figure out what my true weapon Damage is without that add on?

Have you looked into Channeled Acceleration from the psijic skill line?

    https://eso-skillbook.com/skill/channeled-acceleration

I fully understand you said Rally is all you wish to manage, but this is a speed on demand buff, and honestly it isn't as inconvenient as you might think to buff CA then hit rally right after.

If you can get past throwing in an extra buff, this would take care of your needs.

Edit to add: the build editor isn't an add on, but a website anyone can visit outside of the game.

I use race against time or channeled acceleration on other characters. But it takes a back bar slot to get that major expedition + minor force.
I don't like having to switch to my back bar in a fight to get an offensive buff I need.
I only want to switch to back bar if i'm on the defense. Vigor ect.
There's always too much lag to bar swap fast enough. Everything I need to launch a full damage attack should be entirely on the front bar.
My front bar is Rally, Surprise attack, executioner, piercing mark, Ambush, onslaught.

Yea. I know exactly what you mean. I use a weapon damage glyph on my back bar and used to try weaving a light attack from my back bar in for the buff. That lasted about a day. I’d much rather keep it simple so I can pay attention to what’s going on around me.

I don’t have the exact values of glyphs, you can probably find it somewhere on the internet.

The website is good to plan a build out, it shows the importance of buffs and lets you compare sets, but I don’t think the final number’s actually that important. So many things like speed are more important, you don’t want to be one of those people who go ‘I have 30k resists and 6k weapon damage and died’. Keeping your buffs up is way more important than the number on the editor.

Oh I hate how short most buffs are on skills. On my other characters I find I end up dying when switching to back bar to reapply all my buffs.
