Imagining Future Armor Sets

These are some armor sets I thought of that sounded like welcome additions to the growing selection. They may have an aesthetic place in future chapters. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on their viability. (No, they don't have names and the number values of (2) - (4) are typical.)

(2) Minor Slayer
(3) Spell Damage
(4) Magicka Recovery
(4) Max Magicka
(5) Your fully-charged heavy attacks apply Stinging Nettle to the target which lasts for 15 seconds. When 4 affected targets are within 10m of one another, the Stinging Nettle bursts, stunning and applying Major Vulnerability to the targets for 10 seconds.
I wanted Major Vulnerability to appear in something other than an ultimate, but not come across as overpowered. With this set, you become support to the groups dps, but only in AoE pulls that count. For PvP applications, I worry 4 is too low and it should instead be 6, but that number is far too high for PvE in my opinion. This set would be identical for Stamina builds.

(2) Minor Aegis
(3) Armor
(4) Health Recovery
(4) Max Health
(5) Healing yourself beyond 100% will instead place a damage shield for the same amount, accruing up to 7500, for 10 seconds. Once you reach the maximum damage shield amount, you empower up to 11 allies within 28m, causing their Light Attacks to deal 40% increased damage for 5 seconds. You can gain a damage shield this way every 35 seconds.
Trying to better promote self-sustain tanks.

(2) Minor Aegis
(3) Magicka Recovery
(4) Max Magicka
(4) Max Magicka
(5) Healing a player beyond 100% will instead place a damage shield for the same amount, accruing up to 5000, for 10 seconds. A player can only be affected by this damage shield once every 45 seconds.
These sets have a theme of emboldening damage shield users--and punishing them as you'll soon read.

(2) Magicka Recovery
(3) Magicka Recovery
(4) Magicka Recovery
(5) Your first spell costs 5% less magicka to cast. Casting the same spell will further reduce the cost by an additional 5%, up to 45%, after which the spell will cost 100% more magicka. Casting a different spell will reset the changed spell costs after 15 seconds.
While unlikely that someone would need to cast the same spell so many times, I think this niche set could serve someone well for farming or in a real pinch.

(2) Max Stamina and Max Magicka
(3) Max Stamina and Max Magicka
(4) Weapon Damage and Spell Damage
(5) Applying an active poison, disease, and bleed damage to a target, or chilled, burned, and concussion, will attract Carrion Feeders which follow the target for 10 seconds, inflicting 1250 oblivion damage every 1 second. Carrion Feeders leave behind a trail for the duration, infecting any target that stays within the trail after 4 seconds.
I want more sources of oblivion damage. While this set seems PvP focused, I would hope more PvE content had damage shields or highly resistance enemies to make someone possibly go for this. I'm on the fence about expecting magicka users to need all three debuffs, as it either forces them to use Force Shock a lot or the AS weapon set.

[Crafted: 7 traits]
(2) Weapon Damage and Spell Damage
(3) Stamina Recovery and Magicka Recovery
(4) Max Health
(5) Your Light Attacks have a 5% chance to explode an active damage shield on a Player, causing 50% of the amount left to deal oblivion damage to the Player and others within 8m of them.
Again, more sources of oblivion damage, but also to really punish players that hide behind damage shields for their tactics. Right now, the options are limited against damage shields, especially in BGs where Champion Points don't exist. Having more sets would have people question whether a damage shield is good or to instead slot for resistances and escape.

Welp, that was me having some fun imagining item sets. Thoughts?

Whoops. Accidentally put the Slayer and Aegis in (2) instead of (3). Eh, you get it.

I will be more happy to see some old sets being rebalanced and changed (for example Tava Favor and Nocturnal Favor which became useless after removal of dodge) than having bunch of new powercreep sets added

Haha the last set is a modified version of the very hated old shield breaker set. I agree :D

    Crafted Set - Blademaster
    (2) Weapon Damage
    (3) Weapon Crit
    (4) Weapon Damage
    (5) Dealing damage with a light attack increases your light attack damage by 5% and attack speed by 6% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Using a skill or ability clears the stack.

Crafted set equivalent of Blood Moon, without the crit stack reliance to activate, giving it a higher potential up-time but also significantly less powerful to compensate (max of +25% light attack damage and 30% speed, compared to 55% damage and 50% speed of Blood Moon). Would also combine beautifully with Blood Moon of course for total possible 80% boost to both light attack damage and speed
