Zone Completion

Hey, just wondering, does anyone know whether there are any achievements/rewards for 100% completing a zone? (Every point from black to white, every quest completed)

Some have completion achievements. Some don't -- in particular, early zones like Betnikh seem to lack completion achievements.

There's a 'locales' one but I think that's just for 'discovering' everything, not necessarily completing them.

I know there is one for uncovering certain points, as well as doing quests and skyshards.

Haven't seen anything else, and I got Glenumbra all uncovered from what I can tell.

Browse thought the achievements in-game perhaps? They're all in there, waiting for you to discover just what they need you to do.

I believe there is one for doing a certain amount of quests in a zone. I don't know if that is ALL quests, but if you look at the Achievements tab in your Journal window you can see any unlockable achievements for the zones.
