Hello everyone,

I'm playing on PC: and everything that has to do with the dragonholt DLC< is....Black, like there are no graphics at all.

I'm playing on PC,
Gaming laptop with Nvidia 1060 videocard, I7 Octacore processor, 32gb ram, so my PC should be more than enough to play eso.

I have the latest GPU Drivers, (Every driver is up to date actually)

And this only happens in Northern and Southern Elsweyr or in instanced area's that has to do with dragonholt quests.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oww, can't edit, but things that I've tried so far.

    - Delete Usersettings.ini
    - Delete Cooked file
    - Repair the game
    - Update drivers
    - Change graphics settings, by raising or lowering the settings.
    - Change connection (but as you see Ms is 54, so connection should be good.)

Thank you for the run down of troubleshooting steps you've taken so far.

Could you post or link to either a DxDiag or game consultant report?

Getting more details on your current PC setup will be helpful in troubleshooting this texture issue.

Here is a link to the report file::

    https://file.io/gk7chG

And yes I tried repairing several times, it "fixes" the area I logged out in, but when I leave that direct environment it's messed up again.

Thanks for letting us know that repairing temporarily fixes the issue in the area. The link you've posted is not working. You can try linking the report from elsewhere or post the first two sections of your DxDiag that contain details on your CPU and GPU.

Alright, so apparently that site removes a file once it has been opened once, let's try again:

    https://filebin.net/1rv7mxtktosz11i6/report.txt?t=u39utbm8

And yes a file repair fixes the local area (Like immediate area only) until I leave that area, after that it's all black again.

Anything outside the login area will be all black even after a file repair though!

You may want to use a site like pastebin to upload your DxDiag file. We are still unable to access your report from the new link.

I'm no expert, but I think you should update your Windows - from my experience latest GPU drivers have problem with an obsolete system build.

Thank you for the working link. Along with making sure your Windows install is updated, please check that your GPU drivers are up to date as well.

According to your dxdiag it isn't updated, the current build is:
    "Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)",
    yours is:
    "Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434).

You can check your Windows Specifications without opening dxdiag, here (found online, not my PC):

    hmm weird,

I have auto updates on and have just installed all of them when I came back from 8 months without having internets.

When I open windows update, it says that everything is up to date.

So, windows update didn't update above that version apparently so I Iused the microsoft update assistent to upgrade higher. Now I have windows 10 version 1903(latest version)
    Also GPU drivers latest version,

Sadly my game still looks like this:

    This happens only in:
    - Southern Elsweyr
    - Northern Elsweyr
    - Sunspire
    - Any instanced area that has to do with dragonholt/elsweyr

Since updating both Windows and your GPU drivers has not helped with the black textures, the next thing to do is open a ticket with customer support if you've not done so. Support can take a closer look into your PC setup to check on what else may be preventing the textures from loading correctly.
