Not every "PvE'er" does (or likes) dungeons.
But yeah, different events for different interests. I'll just keep waiting to get the last 5 tickets I need. No complaints.

But why, they can monitor server load and restart services/server if needed, it is more a development issue.
Trust me, server admins and server monitoring staff are not stressing much about it.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Oh boy let’s hope they fixed the EXPLOIT where idjits purposefully don’t take a town to trick questers into going there and then they go into the quest giver’s house and wait for people to load in through the door and as they are in a 5 minute load screen the aforementioned idjits bomb them inside out.
