the true ranged build in pvp is only magsorc and snipe spammer.
i assume you to play magsorc.
win condition of a magsorc is mobility, range, and sustained pressure.
you have to adjust playstyle to fight with ranged build.
magsorc have lightning form for major expedition, streak for stun + gap making, atronach for area denial, it is a great tool in toe to toe encounter, it enough to create good environment for you.
also magsorc dont have sustain issue most of the time.
all you have to do is play acording to your win condition, dont fight in bad condition, make them play in your win condition.

So you know the way to counter the gameplay you complain about, but its boring and you don't want to do it. That sounds about par for the course.
Honestly, as someone who plays a MagDK patch after patch, when you are dedicated to playing a certain build or a playstyle you enjoy, you just have to learn to roll with the punches. If you aren't willing to adapt your gameplay to the best tactics for that patch, then you've just got to accept that there will be updates when you aren't as effective and that ZOS isn't going to bend over backwards to make sure your special build or preferred playstyle is always doing well.
In short, you can stick with MagSorc, stick with playstyles that're fun for you, and be super effective every single update...but only two out of the three. That goes for pretty much every build/class out there.

Sad but true, I agree. The issue is the game is dying in the process. This strategy is not working. But most of all no one representation me the pet sorcerer..and I'm much to late. But try I must.

Honestly, ESO PVP is dying, has been dying since well before Elsweyr, and its not the current stam melee that's at fault.
Its the crippling performance issues that ZOS cannot seem to address.
Lag, crashing in large battles, stuck in combat bugs, Battlegrounds queue broken for months, the current bluescreens on PS4, etc.
PVP in ESO has much worse problems than the current meta (there's always a meta), and even if ZOS made everything perfectly in balance, PVP would still be dying unless they fix those performance issues.
The current stam melee meta might be effecting your enjoyment of your favorite playstyle, but it's not what's killing PVP. That would be ZOS' apparent inability to make any progress whatsoever on the performance issues plaguing PVP.
You counter stam builds who hit hard and roll dodge a lot by building tanky and actively mitigating. Use the unblockable stun you get from Streak to set up a burst combo. You need to consider sets like Pariah, Fortified Brass, Armor Master, or even going Nord. I've never once seen you post your full build and I suspect it's not capable of taking a hit. I fight magsorcs everyday on my stamden that can absolutely eat a Dizzy Swing - Sub Assault combo at like 6k weapon damage. Then they stun you and set up incredible burst, while having great pressure and sustain.
You need to consider dropping Overload for something like Ice Comet to combo off your stun and you may even need to consider dropping your pet for better passive mitigation options to create a larger offensive window. The fact of the matter is that your build is not entitled to be effective, but your CLASS absolutely has incredibly powerful options and a skilled magsorc should be a superior match-up against almost every single class in the game right now.
You're trying to force your build into viability while ignoring the potential tools that make magsorc top tier in the game. "Playing what you want" is for PvE. "Playing what works" is the only thing that matters when you're trying to kill other players. People WANT to play bow/bow stamden but it's absolutely never gonna have the damage to kill a half-decent player. That's the rub. The tools are at your disposal. Make a viable build or run around with the zoo and enjoy the Riften roleplay but stop polluting these forums with your low-quality, bad faith discussions.
