There are a few issues with Dragon Leap right now. It currently leaps you to where the enemy is WHEN you press the button, so to fix the issue of fast players simply walking out of its AOE before it lands, you added an INSANE snare that is unaffected by any snare removals. This isn't as noticeable if you get leapt point blank, but if its from max range the snare lasts for 1-2s, and if 2 or more DKs leapt you like that in succession you're basically rooted for a few seconds, unable to do anything about it.
Furthermore, this snare doesn't fix some of leap's targeting issues, like being able to streak/shade/gap close out of its AOE before it lands. So why not remove the snaring effect and base leap's targeting off Chains, which still pulls you directly to the enemy even if he moves a great distance as you cast it? It will allow leap to land reliably all the time without it having to apply an obnoxious and uncounterable snare.
