as you can see hop 7 is zos frankfurt server , i had lag spikes when everything is teleporting and then appears in other places like you lost few seconds of gameplay and then back to game again. So what pingplotter shows and how game works i assume: packet loss mean my data sent/recieved lost-lag-teleporting. This is defenetly zos servers fault. Unfortunately thats the worst case for gaming, i would prefer bigger ping but constant and stable instead of these spikes you can't get use to.
