Look. I know its hard to make chapter zones and such. But why do i have a feeling that in next chapter there will be again a big city which will be a freakin' public dungeon? Sunhold, Orcrest. please. Dont make a 3rd city into a public dungeon.

    A part of me really wants to see ZOS turn Whiterun into a trial. Just to see the carnage on the forums.

    The worst thing would be if Winterhold was a trial or public dungeon. More so if its a trial bc only some could explore it, and not everyone would be given the chance.
