I lost my 3 tickets because I got stuck

I got stuck in a wall in Stormcrag Crypt after a ghost cast fear spell, my pets killed the boss but I couldn't loot it, dashing didn't help, I had to tp out and the bodies despawned along with my tickets :( I can't get new ones from other bosses because the tickets you didn't pick up also count apparently.
What do I do?

    Open a ticket explaining what happened. They'll look up your account to verify and manually give you your tickets.

    If it happens again, you may be able to have a friend join you and TP to them while they are also in the delve. Should allow the instance to be saved and your loot to remain.
