Has anyone else noticed something weird with this dolmen (just on PC EU) during the New Life event? Its been taking 30-45 minutes, or longer, to reset, every time I camp out there for the boss tickets. This is waaaaaay longer than usual.

Dolmens only start by having players close enough to trigger it, @amapola76.

Are you sure you’re close enough?

Because they will stay quiet indefinitely until a player wanders by to begin the cultist chant.

Yeah, I usually ride back and forth across the dolmen a few times to try to trigger it, but it's still usually a long wait after that. As in, I have to eat crusty bread 3-4 times while waiting, because the health boost keeps running out. Often there's at least one other player waiting around, too.

Report it in-game as a bug then.

You can supplement that with a new thread in the Bug Reports subforums if you want to (time permitting) ...

They usually follow a rotation of the 3 in the zone, either clockwise or counter. I've leveled many a character over the years via dolmens and have never seen 2 up at the same time. If one is not spawning, it's probably because one of the other two is active and no one is closing them.

    That’s a myth, @UntilValhalla13.

Dolmens are independent of each other ... it’s totally different than, say, overland treasure chests which have a finite number active per zone.

If a dolmen has exceeded it’s respawn timer, and the OP has done his/her due diligence to ride across it, then the inactivity is likely a bug.

Though Molag Bal would appreciate it if players left the dolmens untouched ... pinions intact. ;)

I'm pretty sure the dolmens follow a rotation. I can trigger them by myself, no need to wait for a respawn timer.

Since when are dolmen independent? I have tested this by being at the next in the sequence and having a friend destroy the active one. Right after the current was destroyed, the little group of dolmen summoners appeared where I was. I did this for several cycles, and it was always consistent. I have also been to zones where one dolmen that hardly anyone goes to was active and keeping the rest from ever spawning. Clear that one, and suddenly they do.

    Dolmens are not independent.
One is up at a time in a zone. If one is up and no one is taking it down, you have to wait until the cultists go through with thier sacrificial rituals before the next will spawn.
Usually takes 10 minutes to despawn if not destroyed, or 10 seconds from one being destroyed until the next spawn.

    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Dark_Anchors

You will never see two up at once, since they do not operate independently.

"Dark Anchors in the same zone are set to spawn in a way that there will always be one new one within 10 seconds of the last one being destroyed."

AFAIK dolmens spawn one at time per zone and when one is finished next will start in few seconds if a player is nearby.

Also if someone starts to solo a dolmen and then finds it too much halfway, it may or may not take long to reset. (I've not waited next to one.) I've had cultist stage dolmens despawn on me while waiting for more people with a lowbie char, and I've found abandoned ones with bunch of strong daedra which are annoying to solo midlevel.

I'd suggest checking if other dolmens on zone are up if a dolmen does not start in few mins. Too bad if its one of the hard to reach ones.
