I just wanted to mention that on Christmas (the 25th) I completed a Nascent Indrik, when I just got on a friend of mine sent me some tickets to help complete construction of an Onyx Indrik. When I went to buy berries (using 5 tickets I had just earned and 5 I had been gifted) I noticed that I had three feathers purchased in the store, and one still left to buy. Checking my mounts I found that my Nascent Indrik was gone, it's like the last feather I obtained hadn't registered and the mount I had summoned/created got erased. I was running right on the edge of being able to complete the Onyx Indrik (need all 4 berries now, I would have needed 3 if I didn't just need to buy a replacement feather and re-create the Nascent Indrik) and might have needed to get a few more tickets from the store but it was doable... however now it's a big mess and I basically don't want to bother.

I filed a ticket in game about this and was told basically "don't expect a response" so I'm writing something about it here.

I'm kind of irate that ZOS has basically blown two events in a row now, not only did I lost progress here and won't be able to finish the Indrik I missed, but I pretty much got screwed out of the Opaline Bloodspawn staff (I wrote messages with the wrong staff name when the event had just been cancelled) during the Undaunted event as well.... while this event was adjusted to make up for the tickets, the actual rewards for the previous event do not seem to have been placed into the pool for this one, so as a result the only people who got those cosmetics were the ones who got lucky while playing in the few hours the undaunted event ran.... and I am certainly not going to pay millions for a style page if any are even still in circulation, especially when it should have been something I could get through game play.

If the guys running ESO don't start getting their acts together and doing something about these problems, I'm just going to quit... I love the game, but I am starting to actually get angrier than I should over a video game and that isn't a good thing. To put it bluntly I've maintained a long running subscription, even during times when I wasn't playing. I doubt they care specifically about my one sub and the crowns I've bought over the years, but to be brutally honest if pretty dedicated, paying customers like me are going to start leaving over things like this they might want to take notice as we're the ones who keep this game making money and running. I haven't left yet, but I'm rapidly reaching my limit over this incident, and the fact that I couldn't earn a style page I wanted, it might be a small thing to many, but events like this are a big part of what keeps me invested in the game, and when they do not work or cause me to waste time while achieving nothing I lose that vested interest.... I mean at the very least they should have put the Undaunted patterns on the Impresario, and to be brutally honest there is no reason why progress that completed a Nascent Indrik should disappear (and as I write this, it seems like someone else is having similar, but not identical, problems).
