I just think the 15 minute timer is stupid because it allows other people to screw you over. For example, I joined a vet Maarselok recently and we had a fake tank. They obviously couldn't block anything and the group kept getting chewed up because nothing was getting taunted. I started a kick vote but the 2 dps probably felt like it was "toxic" or "elitist" to kick someone for any reason and voted no. I then asked them to kick me so I wouldn't have my time wasted and a minute later I was still there, so I left. 15 minutes down the crapper because Zos wants you to put up with whatever garbage can you get shoved into when you accept the queue. I wish there was a glitch to let me kick myself from these dungeons so I can get back to farming gear without having my time stolen.

Had you tried to explain to the tank what he needed to do? and let it be seen by the dps that you wasn't being toxic just that tank had no understanding of their job making it impossible to complete with him as the tank showing reason for wanting to kick them as i know most players would kick the weak link happens to be healer in most groups and not because they cant heal but because they cant dps being that most dlc dungeons are better off 3 dps 1 tank with everyone using self heals and tank buffs

I think you skipped over the second sentence. I said the tank was fake. This wasn't a new tank trying to learn how to tank in a vet DLC dungeon, this was a mongoloid who wanted to skip the queue by queueing in the tank role as a dps.

There actually is a direct CP search option, its called join a guild and ask your guildies.
Nothing easier than that, if you don't want to run with randoms, just don't run with randoms, I am sure with your attitude any PvE Guilds will be glad to call you theirs.

Then you was unfortunate with the other two players ( dps ) so that leaves you as healer an generally 1st aggro without an taunt being used do fell for you on this but fack tanks aint zos's doing thats player choice tho its just as toxic as OP is about low CP or being below 50 in an NORMAL DUNGEON had your group mates really wanted to move on they would of kicked him since tanks are main need in dlc dungeons if no dps wants to run an taunt and trust in healer to keep them alive

I’d prefer a Group Finder that kept me from grouping with players like OP

Can’t bear dealing with elitists like him

Actually, it would make sense that the GF would not group us with anyone from our ignore list. I do not think it works that way but since I do not have anyone on my ignore list I cannot test it myself.

I reached my 50's with several toons by participating in random dungeons and thus being helped by people better than me. OFC I tried to reciprocate the favour, in time.
I surmise that this holds for the majority of players: everyone has been a youngster at start.

it's sad that some people look at games as if they were career job, and not fun. Trying always to be the best, stepping on others' heads, considering kindness and willingness to be of help as mere optionals.

My humble advice is: relax, enjoy the scenery as Lerisa in Bethnik. If you want and like vet content and PVP, by all means do them, but do not ask for ghettoes in games, too

Most top players can / have done the same they dont cry about it they adjust and overcome its not hard to do in NORMAL DUNGEONS sorry its just how it is NORMAL DUNGEONS actually need an buff put on them once an 810 get placed into dungeon and needs to get × by x per 810 in it well thats my opinion
Top players= max cp or above

CP10 =vr1 are locked to base game dungeon - ic ( wgt/icp) and all based dungeons are easily completed at that level my 1st valkyn helm was vr1  as its the set i needed most for my build so it was 1st dungeon after getting geared out and ready to play with the big boys

Those are not the most challenging dungeons, not even close. The comment I quoted stated that one would get CP10s queueing for the most challenging dungeons and nothing they quoted indicated that.

If you use group finder YES as YOU want to farm OTHERS want to lvl / get skill point / get completion , seems THEY got more riding on the dungeon then YOU so if YOU wanted to gear farm YOU should ask for others in some form of chat ( guild/zone/friends) to get others to join you on making an pre made

I was agreeing with you that CP10 wouldn't be placed into dlc dungeons at all and that any dungeon an CP10 would be placed in is easier today then when it was VR dungeons of old and even the hardest VR dungeon was doable at VR1 = CP10 today

It’s pretty clear to me that OP wants to place requirements on others in his group because he’s not very good and needs to be carried. A skilled player would A) Be queuing for vet dungeons and not normal; and B ) Could carry lowbies through a normal (non DLC) dungeon without issue

I mostly agree with you except for skilled players queuing for vet dungeons and not normal. Mostly because myself and a friend have queued with our alt accounts and duoed normal dungeons to get XP for the alts. I know some who solo the normal randoms to get XP for multiple alt accounts. All strong raiders.

So there is a reason why a very capable player would queue fro a normal random dungeon but it is mostly because they can handle it solo and has alt accounts.

What you use them for is an legit action but at the same time you won't leave group just because you didn't get an group of all full Max CP as OP does youd just do your thing and have fun with it

Lel OP is funny as heck..

If you're matched with people below lv 50 that just mean you're in a normal DG.
If you can't carry / help the group to doing it fast than maybe you should just do some more of them until you get better.

I've seen so many "hl" player that are just so bad and toxic with low level or newcomer it's just disgusting.

Honestly if they remove the penalty timer, I would leave most of the groups and only stay with the ones I feel comfortable...

If you think I'm elitist, you probably haven't play any other MMO... This was super normal in WoW (at least when I used to play it).

And it's amusing how people keep defending this, I know this game have the most casual community of all MMOs but this is hilarious 🤣
