We should have the option, if we know the summoning days from lorebooks for example, to Persuade or Intimidate any of those expendable NPCs the Dark Brotherhood quests target, and lead them to a shrine of that particular Daedric prince for a reward, like the repeatable daily quests (only without being daily).

People would be wiser to Summon Sheogorath then summon despicable Molag Bal. But the smart ones wouldn't summon Daedric princes at all. Maybe tell each other you love them and give presents to one another instead of summoning a Daedric Prince!
