Major issue with my account (4 days now)

Hello,

I'm having those issues :
- No access to the whisper.
- I can't send any mail.
- I can't see the guild traders
- I can't use emotes.
- I can't add friends
- It is on all my characters
However I can chat on the guilds chats and I receive mails.

I've noticed it on the 19th just hours before the "new life festival scroll".
Iv'e wrote many tickets about it and received bot's answers like "check if you're online or not" and /ReloadUI...followed all the instructions without success.

What I was doing that day was grinding CPs in a public dungeon, doing quests in Deshaan killing a monster boss.

Some suggested to me that it was social ban, but I didn't receive anything from ESO on my mails, and I actually didn't do anything to deserve a ban. I didn't sell on zone chat, I didn't spam on mails, I didn't write anything inappropriate.
I didn't use any new addon, only the ones that I was using all the time.

I don't understand and I'm not having any clear answer even after sending 7 tickets, I think it is a reasonable amount after 4 days of not having a proper answer.
I just want a clear answer about what is happening because it is becoming an unbearable situation. My christmass gift were crowns on ESO...

    It does sound like a social ban. Sometimes those happen if the server backs up, then sends a whole bunch of data regarding you at once, which makes it seem like spam even though it wasn't. Only Support can reverse them, but they usually do so once you get through to them.

    Unfortunately, part of the problem is that you've sent multiple tickets. Each new ticket tends to reset your problem's position in the Support queue. It's generally better to reply to those bot answers with something like "that didn't solve my problem, my problem is X, please fix it" because the reply usually gets through to an actual Support person who may be able to help you or forward you to the team who can.

    I have received an answer from a person yesteday and this is what it says :

    "Greetings, thank you for contacting the elder scroll online game team,
    I understand that you seem to be having issues not only the guild's bank/items, but also whispering to other players."
    And it is written "waiting on agent".

    I could send a screenshot but Idk if it is allowed on the forum.

    I didn't send any more tickets today. How can I delete the other tickets ?

    Also, I'm loosing trust in the game tbh. I mean I'm paying ESO+ and buying crowns, respecting the rules and I'm not having any real answer 4 days during an event where you have +100%XP

    Even a "please wait", would have been enough for me. At least they are asking you to wait.

    Staying like this and not knowing what is happening, was my account hacked ? is it "nerfed"?

    This is nerve-racking! It is sad specially during christmas...

    Waiting on agent means pretty much what it says. You've probably done what you can for now, unless you want to tag any of the ZOS mods here. Posting the ticket number here was a good step. The other tickets will work there way through in time.

    At least since it sounds like a social ban, you can be pretty sure you weren't hacked. Its more like the server registered too many messages coming from your account (probably due to a backlog rather than anything you intentionally did) and pressed the mute button automatically.

    Sounds exactly like what happened a patch or two ago. ZOS changed some Chat functions so some of the Chat addons did exactly what is happening to you now.

    Turn off any Chat addons you may have and also de-select any and all Chat Librarys. Don't forget to reload ui if you do this while on your character(s).

    I had this happen and it was several Chat Librarys. Good luck.

    I went to the suport and they still didn't check on it. It was Sunday, i bet they don't work on Sundays.

    I'm hoping to get an answer today, at lease a "please wait"or "we're trying to fix it" or whatever it is. But a decent answer is the least they can do.

    I don't have any addon related to chat, only the "regular" addons (skyshards, lorebooks, writs, trader one, combat metrics).

    I have deleted at a certain point all the addons, unstalled/installed again the game without success. That was after writing the first ticket.

    The only thing I can think about is a mail that I have tried to send to a game friend that I didn't see in weeks, just checking if everything was ok.

    I hit the "E" key few times to send it and it wouldnt, so I thought that maybe the friend's mailbox was full.
    But that was like 2 days or the day before this happened.

    Another thing is that I receive mails from friends, they try to help me with the crafting...

    Are those reasons to block my whole account ?

    I can't play, I feel like a pariah, my inventory gets full quickly, my bank too and my storage are all full. And what if this thing goes like for a month ?
    Those are holidays I could have played all the time I wanted but in January I have to work...

    This and it is an automatic process. Not sure of duration as I have never received one.

    Submit a ticket is best you can do but a ticket would need to be submitted. Post ticket number in this thread.

    I have put my ticket number on my first post and what VaranisArano said makes sense because many tickets means treatment for each ticket and more delay.

    Most first time Social bans only last 7 days?

    And if you did hit the E key several times, that would prob do it after server finally received the key strokes.

    also, dont expect any support during X-mas. So if it goes away after 7 days without response on your ticket. that is what it was. You can however get em to remove the infraction from your account though. so you don't get 30 days next time.
    What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?

    So this is a social ban from a bot and I have no human to solve it? and no support during christmas, should I wait until next year for an answer?

    This is hard on a gamer. There are friends that aren't on my discord that have no idea that I can't message them back!

    And RIP the100XP? it doesn't show while hitting the "C" key... is it also part of the ban?

    You will get the 100% XP bonus if you drink from Breda's mug (the memento received on finishing her initial quest), and the bonus will wear off after, what, 2 hours, after which you would have to take another sip if you wanted to keep it up.
    A social ban shouldn't affect this...?

    Just wanted to thank you all for your help.

    My problem is solved, it was indeed me hitting the "E" key many times...so careful guys, even when you're not spamming the bot takes it for a spam if you hit the key many times.

    The moderator asked to NOT send many tickets as @VaranisArano suggested.
