I don’t see why every class needs to get stun on the same type of skill or even get the same type of skill. Homogenization without class identity in mind creates the Scalebreaker fiasco where people end up running the same generic skills. Now, you just suggested to make class skills generic instead. Wardens already have twice as many accessible buffs as other classes. Does that mean we should give people all an easily slot-able minor berserk? No. Necro is not known for high mobility but it offers cc and AoE with stuff like totem. They don’t all have to be the same.

For unknown reason this patch one of the classes has:
- best gap closer
- best ranged stun
- best spammable
- best spammable ultimate
- best purge
While several other classes have to rely on glitchy cc like fear or knockback to kill anybody of comparable skill. With such approach to class identity, I as main of 2 of those other classes, will prefer homogenization.

Granted its an ult but if were being honest here DK has access to a class based stun gap closer granted it bugs out sometimes but its far from useless and as im sure itl get mentioned wardens CC you wont hear me defend permafrost or northern storm or arctic winds I don't slot any of them id gladly take a gap closer stun over those options "Any Day"

What is it with People lumping leap together with other gap Closers? Have you ever played a dk yourself?
First of all leap got a Minimum cd of 31 seconds so you can "gap close" at most once every half a Minute, which other gap Closer has that again?
Second leap is used as a burst tool, especially for magdks, you cannot afford to use it as gapcloser since you will loose a big chunck of burst for the next 31 seconds Minimum and everyone with a functional Right mouse button will block it anyway so no cc or burst if you cast it from max range without any Setup.
Third, through virtue of battle roar leap (and ults) are a dks main Sustain tool, if you use leap to gap close to start a fight you screw yourself out of majority of your class Sustain for the next 31 seconds in Addition to your biggest burst, not the exact best way to start a fight.
