New Life Bug - Bosses not dropping Tickets

For those that didn't get tickets are they at world bosses that had a lot of people? I'm wondering if there is a bug where the tickets are only dropping for the highest scoring 12 players as I seem to recall that being the case once before. ZOS fixed it back then but it wouldn't surprise me if the bug popped back up.

Just did dolmen with 3 ppl. No tickets

I'm not saying this is necessarily the case, but check your inventory for the number of tickets you have. Yesterday my friend did a boss and the tickets didn't show in the loot history, but when she checked her inventory, she'd gotten them.

If you got them yesterday roll over seems to be same as daily log in awards as 1st day i got right off the start before re set but 2nd tho 24hrs i didn't get my tickets till after re set hopefully this helps idk eso so bugged out now days who really knows ANYMORE

Rollover is 1:00 AM EST (same time as writs).

Quest do yes but not tickets it seems js how it worked for me

Update: 2 WB's, 3 dolmens, 3 delve bosses, no 3 tickets. Had 4 before 1am. Got two from Breda today, puts me at 6. Unable to get my extra 3.

I was unable to get my tickets on the first day, regardless of what bosses I killed, solo or in a large group. I haven't had any problems since then, but I haven't done anything differently either. The same boss that gave nothing on day 1 dropped tickets the next day. I'm still short three tickets but everything is working now, at least for me.

And this applied both to pc and ps4.

I got my extra 3 the first day and second day. Now it's not working.

so i did open a ticket and it got resolved in about an hour. they put the 3 tickets i wasn't getting onto the account.

so if this keeps happening, support tickets seem to be the best way to go.

I believe you all are mistaking the re set time on the extra 3 tickets because again today playing before daily awards i got ON tickets but once again playing AFTER daily awards re set i got my 3 tickets like yesterday so maybe its just your lack of understanding but tickets are being gave out just re setting differently then new life quest and tickets

I did open a a support ticket as well, but haven't gotten any tickets from the support guys, they still try to explain me about add-ons, not looting the boss etc. I hope finally I'll get them too.

Anyway, I got the three boss tickets today as supposed.

i thought this too.. that there might be different spawn timers..

but that doesnt explain how i could not get them, then get one from a diff WB minutes later..

I had just one ticket, following my rule to empty my tickets pool as soon as I get enough to buy anything. I had this happening long ago, when tickets were introduced and since them I'm extremely careful. I'm very careful to not trigger occasionally a ticket source as well, knowing it might overflow the tickets count and I'm always aware how many tickets I have at the given moment. I track three accounts so it became a chore.

You don't need the honeycomb nodes, killing and looting any of the wasp creatures in the area will give you the honey for the quest as well.

I had it happen once but the 1st dolman boss was unlootable to me completely being i was on my tank and only had time to use 1 hit (low damage) i didnt stress it just switched over to an dps and got my tickets next dolman i did ( using the one next to fishing quest ) while doing my quest runs on 4 toons for event but all and all im not having any issues PS4 getting tickets AFTER daily awards re set but again 4th day ive not gotten the extra 3 but did get my 2 for event but im sure that AFTER re set today ill get them like every other day so far has been
Thing that gots me an lil upset is today ill be at 12/12 with nothing to buy with them at all as i have no like in the mounts other then the 1 i got (onyx indrik) because its black not into colorfully mounts being i like to pvp at night times and they are to easily seen

I usually don't talk about the results of my support tickets, but I thought I'd come by and share some anecdotal information because some might find it insightful.

Yesterday, I killed the closet boss to Breda, looted, and didn't receive any tickets. I thought perhaps there might have been a timer, so I shrugged it off. I tried again about six hours later (a different boss in Glenumbra) and I still didn't receive any tickets, so I felt as though something was amiss at that point. I sent in a support ticket, several minutes later a customer service rep got in contact with me via SMS, and they asked me some questions. Then they had me log out so they could investigate my account. I don't know which data points they were looking at, but they were at it a while. They ultimately decided there had been an error and granted me the tickets.

Here are my suggestions for people:
1. Don't try bosses that are multiple enemy engagements. I don't know if that had anything to do with messing up the loot table, but just in case, I'm going to focus on single target encounters.
2. If you are sending in a support ticket and are in the US, fill in the option to receive your response via SMS. I've always gotten a response within minutes this way, and there's the added benefit of being able to have a conversation with the rep.
3. Be patient and polite, and understand that a few of the rep's responses are going to be canned and redundant. They're just being thorough! Always thank the rep for their time, too.

I find the Dark Fissure bosses drop the 3 tickets the most reliably followed up by getting the 2 tickets from a Breda daily.

PC/NA. Got my 2 and my 3 tix again. Remember that you MUST loot the boss to get the tix. Just killing it doesn't work.

Yup,

2x dolmens, 2x WB done (different maps) still not got the three dropped tickets. At this rate what's the point of running events if game mechanics for the events do not work with any kind of reliability!!

I find it weird, that this seems to be so inconsistent, happening only to certain people and across all platforms and servers. What's going on with that?

As for me, I've had no trouble whatsoever yet (hoping not to jinx it by saying this). When the event started I was already logged in and, coincidentally, in a delve, shortly before the boss. Killed it, got my 3 tickets. Did the quest afterwards, got the 2 tickets. The last three days I got the 3 tickets from dolmens, worked without problems.

I really hope for all of you who didn't get their rightfully earned tickets, that support will grant you the ones you're missing. Having an event bugged like this, especially with the added 3 tickets per day, sucks hard.

Edit: I'm on PS4 EU by the way.

Soloed 4 dungeons, 2 world bosses, and a couple dolmens. No 3 tickets for any of them. Got a couple for doing one of those dumb quests though.

Another buggy event. Imagine that.
